Welcome to First Parish Church Web page. Recently, I was at the hospital visiting a young child who, to pass the time, was using a laptop. The child wanted to show me what she had found. It was a message (and picture of cartoon animals and Noah with a butterfly net trying to catch a woodpecker to keep it from drilling hole in the Ark's hull!). The caption under the picture read:

Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.

I thought of a twelfth one: "Sometimes it is a life saver to know when to dump your bonds and float your stock" but since the child was well below the investment age, I skipped it.
How wonderful it is that the World Wide Web is always there whenever we want to access it. With the quick tap of a touch pad, we are in touch with a whole world of humor and discovery. We then find something we can't wait to share with someone else.
In the future, in your journeying to this web site, we hope you will find much to interest and stimulate you and much to share with others. We hope your interest will not stop there, but, you may find yourself coming through our sanctuary doors, our fellowship hall, walking with us on educational walks through New England landscape, coming in contact personally with one of our many programs.
