The Sunday School program provides an introduction to the traditions and faith in a loving environment.

Those using the Nursery should proceed directly to the Nursery room on arrival.
Children, preschool to grade 8, gather in the Chapel upon arrival before being escorted to their classrooms at 10. This allows teachers the opportunity to prepare the classrooms.
Family Sundays:
-
Throughout the year we have days designated as Family Sundays, which are Sundays when the children attend worship with their families. They participate by singing in our Sunday School choir and hearing a message especially for them. On these Sundays, the older youth serve as liturgists, readers and greeters. Children are welcome to receive Holy Communion, at the discretion of their parents. Holy Communion instruction is offered to our 4th/5th grade class.

Curriculum:

Nursery -Our professional caregiver welcomes and cares for children from infancy through age 3 on Sundays from 9:30 a.m. until the end of the worship service.
Preschool - Grade 3 uses Godly Play which is a discovery method of learning using storytelling and props that enables young children to encounter God.
Grades 4-5 use Bible Time which continues to have the children encounter God and also introduces them to the Bible. Holy Communion instruction is also offered in this class.
Grades 6-8 is a Middle School Youth Group, Micah Ministry, which focuses on service projects as a way to worship God.

- Ingathering; in November which involves collecting food for the Cape Ann Food Pantry
- Decorating and filling Thanksgiving baskets for the Manchester COA in November
- Advent Family Workshop in December
- Christmas Pageant in December
- Christmas Eve 5pm Family Worship Service when children participate in a festive Christmas Service
- Epiphany Family Worship Service and potluck luncheon in January to celebrate to arrival of the 3 Kings
- Older youth offer a Family Worship Service in February or March
- Fundraising for the Heifer Project
- Palm Sunday, the children process from the Chapel to the Sanctuary following Jesus and the donkey
- Children's Sunday where children share with the church community what they have learned through out the year
- Teacher Appreciation Luncheon in May
- Church picnic held after Worship service in June at Tuck's Point
Choirs:
- Cherub Choir, led by Ann Greenleaf and assisted by Chip Price, includes all students attending Sunday school.
- Junior Choir includes Grade 2 and up, and is overseen by the Choir Director and Music Committee.
